Shipping policy

Processing time may take up to 14 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Processing times may take the full 14 business days during new collection launches, sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume.

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and selected shipping method.

If you require expedited shipping, you must select and pay for the expedited shipping option at checkout. Expedited shipping speeds up transit time only and does not shorten our processing time.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, The Pink Cloud by Kayla is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier. If you experience a shipping issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. We are happy to assist whenever possible.
