We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or buyer's remorse.

We will review your claim and, if approved, either a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Please note that natural materials such as crystals, gemstones, shells, and handmade items may vary in color, pattern, shape, and texture. These natural variations, as well as minor handmade imperfections, are not considered defects.
